  1. Where is your office?
    I work from home. Most in-person meetings usually take place at a common location like Bread Co.
  2. What is your design process?
    1. Consultation 2. Retainer 3. Design/Draft Phase 4. Revision Phase 5. Final Design
  3. Do you work on PC or MAC?
    I design using a PC and cannot support Mac-based documents.
  4. Can I submit images to use in my design?
    Yes. Email images to contact@wileygraphics.com. Digital images submitted must be a minimum of 300ppi for printing. I may or may not accept internet images for print design orders.
  5. Do you facilitate printing?
    No, I do not print anything. I may submit your final design files to a commercial printer via email at no additional fee.
  6. What type of files will I receive?
    The final file types may include: PSD, AI, EPS, JPG, TIFF or PDF.
  7. How many logo draft designs will I receive?
    I may submit two different logo designs or just one strong design and build on it during the Revision Phase.
  8. How much are your design fees?
    I charge flat rate fees for most services. Logo and website designs are the only services that may have a range in price.
  9. What type of Payments do you accept?
    I accept cash, checks and PayPal.
  10. Do you design websites?
    I can take care of the footwork. I setup hosting and email accounts and manipulate elements within a purchased Wordpress theme.
